Our jewellery may include lab-created moissanite gemstones, sterling silver, plated finishes and other materials as expressly described on each product page. Moissanite is a gemstone distinct from natural or laboratory-grown diamond. Product sizes, carat-equivalent descriptions and measurements should be read together with the specific listing; minor manufacturing tolerances may occur.

We make reasonable efforts to represent colour, finish, scale and sparkle faithfully. Appearance can vary between displays and lighting conditions. What you receive must still meet the description and standards required by applicable consumer law. Any returns or exchanges are subject to our published returns information and your statutory rights.
